Our DA models are constructed from solid, durable, stable, high-intensity and fade-resistant material. We use a variety of techniques including 3d printing, lasercutting and CNC milling, as well as traditional model making skills. Given the strict requirement of these models setout by Council, it should only be undertaken by an experieneced model making firm.

Our models are built according to Waverley Councils DA model requirements and are required for SEPP 65 applications, Multi-residential development and Mixed use developments:
Detailed 1:200 model of the design proposal including all fenestration and landscaping
Include adjoining developments and all existing vegetation
