Positioned at a tight triangular site in Elizabeth Bay, the proposal is for two luxury homes on some of the most expensive land in Sydney. As this project was greater than $5m and taller than three stories, a physical architectural model was required as part of the DA submission.
The site is also located just outside of the physical model located at Town Hall, as a result there was the additional requirement of a 100m raduis context model.
Kinkfab accurately modelled this complex site model, including adding additional detail for some key surrounding developments and accurately modelling all the roads. Site models in denser areas such as Elizabeth Bay are very complex due to the topographical changes, and need to be modelled with care and detail as to not misrepresent the development.
