The redevelopment of the existing Sydney Fish Market site will be one of the largest state infrastructure developments since Barangaroo. The new area includes the construction of the New Sydney Fish Markets within Black Wattle Bay and multiple mixed use towers on the existing fish market site and further along Black Wattle Bay towards the Anzac Bridge.
Kinkfab are Infrastructure NSWs preffered model maker, and we have completed models for more than five of their major projects. We were engaged by iNSW to produce various models for the new Sydney Fish Markets and we were also used to make models for both of their SSDA submissions.
As the proposed buildings are not currently part of the DCP, the client submitted a SSDA / Stage 1 DA. This only requires envelope massing buildings.
